MANILA--Asian Junior Boxing Championship gold medalists flyweight John Vincent Pangga of Cagayan de Oro and pinweight Kenneth Dela Peña of General Santos, along with coaches and boxing officials, paid a visit to Philippine Sports Commission chairman William Ramirez at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
Joining Pangga and Dela Peña are boxing coaches Elmer Pamisa, Romeo Brin, and Ronald Chavez, as well as AIBA tournament supervisor and international technical official Karina Picson and ABAP secretary general Ed Picson.
Pangga and Dela Peña reigned in their respective divisions in the boxing tournament held in Puerto Princesa last month.
