Nash Racela insists he didn't start halftime spat with Chua

By Ivan Saldajeno

QUEZON CITY--TNT coach Nash Racela denied on Friday night that he sparked the verbal tussle with Ginebra governor Alfrancis Chua during halftime of Game 3 of the PBA Governors' Cup semifinals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

"You all know me and the other guys too well. I won't start something," Racela aired his side of the story after the game.

Chua already left the venue by the time reporters tried to reach to him regarding the said manner.

Racela and Chua figured out in a confrontation just as both clubs were entering their respective dugouts.

Cooler heads, which included Racela's brother Olsen, Ginebra's assistant coach, needed some time before pacifying the matter.
