Ravena credits conditioning coach for Draft Combine brilliance

MANDALUYONG—Kiefer Ravena showcased his readiness for the PBA war by topping three skills tests in the PBA Draft Combine at the Gatorade Hoops Center.

In a chat with Dugout Philippines on Monday night, the six-foot guard credited his fitness right now to his personal coach in terms of that.

"I have to give credit to my conditioning coach, si Coach Mark Caron. He was the one who prepared me for this," Ravena said.

He also bared that his training with him could become long-term.

"We will still work together and continue what we're doing," Ravena continued.

On acing the vertical leap, the sprint, and the agility lane tests, he commented, "Siguro [dahil] sa pagiging competitive ko. I started working out two weeks ago for this. I told Coach Mark, 'I want to win as much as I can sa combine.' So I did."
