MANILA--Michael "Hot and Spicy" Dasmariñas won via knockout in his bout against Phupha Por Nobnom at Ringstar Boxing's "The Roar of Singapore III" held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre in Singapore on Friday night.
The Valenzuela-based slugger only needed two rounds to put away his Thai opponent in a bantamweight fight scheduled for six.
Dasmariñas improved his record to 27 wins, 18 of those victories via stoppage, and two losses.

"I am thankful to all those who helped me win this fight," Dasmariñas said. "To my friends, manager, (and) my family, [thanks] to all of you. This is for all of you."
After this rousing conquest, the 25-year old southpaw is set to figure for a title next year. Ringstar will have an event in February 2018 in Dalian, China, as well as another one in April in Singapore.
