As Ayo transfer reports swirl, former UST coach Jarencio wonders: "Sino'ng may pakana?"

MANILA--Interim GlobalPort coach Pido Jarencio could not help but ponder about UST's reported move to tap Aldin Ayo as its new coach replacing Boy Sablan.

Jarencio, who led the Growling Tigers to the 2006 UAAP title, has been vocal about making a return to the head coaching spot that he relinquished to Bong Dela Cruz after the 2012 season.

However, he hinted via Twitter right on Christmas Day that UST has yet to respond to his plead of returning to the team.


Two days later, however, reports came in that the Tigers' management reached out to Ayo to take over the team following his decision to leave La Salle.

On Friday, Jarencio cryptically had this to say on Twitter:
