MANILA--TNT chose to do its preseason buildup in Lithuania, and what the team learned in its trip abroad is something everyone expects to see on Friday night as its campaign in the PBA Philippine Cup begins.

The KaTropa battle the Rain Or Shine Elasto Painters in the main game of the twinbill scheduled at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay at 7 p.m.

Despite Larry Fonacier and Ranidel De Ocampo being sent to sister teams NLEX and Meralco respectively in separate trades last conference, TNT still has key players Jayson Castro, Troy Rosario, Anthony Semerad, and RR Pogoy in it among others plus rookies Mac-Mac Tallo and Sidney Onwubere.

Also to watch out is new Elasto Painter Rey Nambatac, who will also debut on Friday night.

The Bolts are also playing in the said doubleheader, taking on the Blackwater Elite at 4:15 p.m.

Blackwater will parade its own prized rookie, third overall pick Toto Jose.
