|The countdown to the FIBA 3x3 World Cup is on.|

TAGUIG--FIBA will once again divert their attention as 40 of the best men's and women's 3x3 teams from 37 nations collide for the Philippines' much-awaited hosting of the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup come June 8-12 at the historic Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
The announcement of the venue was made during its press launch at the Bonifacio High Street activity area on Thursday.
Present during the rites were SBP president Al Panlilio, chairman Sonny Angara, and executive director Sonny Barrios, Angara's fellow senator Joel Villanueva, and FIBA 3x3 managing director Alex Sanchez.
Aside from the arena announcement, the said personalities also launched the tournament's official logo, while a mini 3x3 tournament was held later in the day.
