MANILA--Calvin Abueva will be playing on Thursday after all.
In an announcement by Coach Chot Reyes via Facebook on Wednesday, the Alaska forward was named to the Gilas lineup that will play Australia in Melbourne despite being dropped in consideration for the entire second window last month.

Also joining the final lineup is Marinerong Pilipino big man Abu Tratter.
The development effectively makes Tratter the first member of the "23 for '23" cadets pool who will suit up for the current Gilas pool this year.
The rest of the final lineup include Kevin Alas, Kiefer Ravena, RR Pogoy, Matt Wright, Allein Maliksi, Gabe Norwood, Carl Cruz, Japeth Aguilar, Junemar Fajardo, and Andray Blatche.
With that said, Jayson Castro and Jio Jalalon were the final cuts owing to various leg injuries.
