PASAY--Jayson Castro believes he is at full strength now with a day left before Gilas takes on Japan in the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers.

"Medyo OK na," Castro gave an update on his injured ankle to the media at the Mall of Asia Arena. "May pain, pero kaya naman."

And the spitfire guard has his physical therapist to thank for.

"Yung PT namin, magaling. Inaalagaan niya ako para 100 percent ako sa Japan," Castro continued.

While he was given the Thursday off at Australia playing-wise, he said that he still got some practice time while in Melbourne.

"During the trip, puro rehab lang ako at saka light workout para yung stamina ko doon pa rin," Castro bared.
