MANILA--Junemar Fajardo is the runaway leader in stats for the PBA Philippine Cup Best Player of the Conference.
The 6-foot-10 San Miguel giant garnered an average of 44.1 statistical points per game, way higher than his closest chaser, teammate Arwind Santos (37.6).
Eleven games into the conference, Fajardo logged in averages of 22.8 points, 13.2 rebounds, 2.1 blocks, 1.8 assists, and 0.6 steals a game.
Meanwhile, Blackwater's Poy Erram is making an early statement in the Most Improved Player race as he is a surprise fourth in the stats race with 35.3 SP's.
GlobalPort's Stanley Pringle (third at 35.6 SP's) and Ginebra's Japeth Aguilar (fifth at 34.2) round up the Top 5.
Bubbling under, on the other hand, are Beerman Marcio Lassiter (sixth at 32.4 SP's), Barangay Ginebra's Scottie Thompson (seventh at 32.3), Batang Pier Sean Anthony (eighth at 32.2), Magnolia Hotshot Paul Lee (ninth at 31.5), and Phoenix Fuel Master Matt Wright (10th at 31.4).
