LOS BANOS--With Greg Slaughter still doubtful on whether he will suit up for Ginebra in Game 1 of the PBA Philippine Cup semifinals, Japeth Aguilar will be up for a gargantuan task of guarding Junemar Fajardo.

That's why he looks forward to further improve his game as an epic best-of-seven series awaits both teams.

"I want to really work on all the aspects of the game," Aguilar simply said.

With him being one of the game's elite inside players both offensively and defensively plus an improved outside shooting, the 30-year-old power forward may be a complete package already.

But the Barangay expect a lot from him as he tries to contain his fellow Gilas big man, the leading Best Player of the Conference candidate.

Game 1 of their semifinal series begins on Friday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
