BIÑAN--Two super flyweight title fights will take place on Sunday (Philippine Time) at the Save Mart Arena in Fresno, California, USA.

But both fights will have different stipulations.

The much-awaited all-Filipino showdown between Jonas Sultan and Jerwin Ancajas for the IBF super flyweight--formally the junior bantamweight--belt is officially on as both pugilists made the weight.

Ancajas, who will defend the title for the fifth time, tipped the scales during the weigh-in on Saturday (Philippine Time) at 114.8 pounds, well within the 115-pound limit.

Sultan, on the other hand, came in at a lighter 114.4 pounds.

However, the other 115-pound title fight in the card, although still happening, will not be beneficial for one of the protagonists.

David Carmona is not anymore eligible to win the WBA super flyweight title after entering the weigh-in at 118.6 pounds, way outside of the weight limit.

The defending champion, Khalid Yafai, came in at 114.8 pounds, making weight.

The development means a Carmona win will only mean the championship will be vacant.

On the other hand, Yafai, who is making his US debut, will still walk home with the belt with a win or a draw.
