TAGUIG -- The charity arm of the reigning European champions linked up once again with the world's most popular zipper to host another set of clinics this weekend.

Fundacion Real Madrid and YKK teamed up for the second time, as they hold clinics not just for the children from various NGOs, but also to thirty local coaches in their launch at BGC's posh Shangri-la at the Fort last Friday morning.

The said clinics were held in McKinley Hill Stadium, as the kids from Punta Fuego, Gawad Kalinga and ChildHope Asia were given the opportunity to polish their skills from the coaches of Spain's powerhouse club.

"Watching the local coaches and children engage in and participate in a sport which knows no language or social barriers is the ultimate reward," said FRM's Technical Management Director Pablo Gomez Revenga, whose foundation return after six years.

Apart from Revenga, the officials of YKK and PFF Secretary-General Atty. Ed Gastanes graced the launch, as it hopes that there might be a potential player that will be part of the national team after the clinics.
