Ateneo went wide awake after the first 20 minutes to stifle Indonesia 89-78, to win their second consecutive game in the Jones Cup today in New Taipei's Xinzhuang Gymnasium.

After losing their first-quarter lead and trailed by 3 at the start of the second half, a huge third quarter rally propel the Blue Eagles to 3-2 card, outscoring the Indonesians 35-18 to send them further down the standings at 1-5 card.

Isaac Go came off the bench to lead Ateneo with 21 points, splashing it from downtown Taipei with a 6/7 clip from the arc to stifle the ASEAN counterparts, who had Ricardo White leading the way wit 23 markers while coming just a rebound shy of a double double.

After trailing by five early in the first, Indonesia raked in 9 straight points en route to a three point lead at the half, and they even led the last time at the 4:18 mark with a White jumper, 60-58.

However, the Blue Eagles dropped a monster 18-2 bomb to take game away for good, in which they ballooned it to 19, 83-64 with  7:57 left in the game courtesy of an Anton Asistio triple.
