SAN JUAN -- Lyceum pulled away late in the final frame to dispatch St. Benilde, 77-65 in the second of tripleheaders Tuesday afternoon at the FilOil-FlyingV Centre.
The Pirates of head cocah Topex Robinson pulled away late in the final frame to improve its already-unbeaten run to seven games, thanks to their usual reliables ahad.
Reigning MVP CJ Perez clocked a double-double of 22 points and hauled down 12 boards for the league leaders, which was backed up by Mike Harry Nzeusseu's 16 and Jaycee Marcelino who had 14.
Justin Gutang paced the Blazers with 13 markers in a losing effort to go down to 2-4.
