LAS PIÑAS -- Perpetual Help came from a huge first half deficit to pip San  Sebastian in  a 78-76 thriller in the final game of NCAA on Tour tonight at the Altas' floor.

Fueled by their home crowd that packed the Perpetual gym to the rafters, Frankie Lim's Altas came from 21 points down in the first half to take their third win in five games to grab solo fourth.

Prince Eze was just two rebounds shy of a 20-20 game while leading all scorers with 22 points, none bigger than his tap-in with 0.5 seconds left that sealed their comeback win for the season hosts.

Allyn Bulanadi went hot in the first half, scoring all but 5 of his 21 points there, but he was frozen by the choking defense of the home side to condemn them to their 5th loss in eight games.

The Stags led by as much as 21 in the first half, but Edgar Charcos and Tonton Peralta ignited a third-quarter rally to pull within six, with the duo combining for 17 to set up a wild ending.

Perpetual thought they have the game in the bag when they lead by five, 66-61 on a split by Eze with 5:38 to go.

But Baste persisted and came back to tie the game with 3.3 ticks left on an Arjan Dela Cruz triple.

However, Eze had the final say when he tapped the ball on a Jeff Coronel pass to complete their heroic fightback.
