MANILA-- National University and De la Salle University continued its unbeaten run, scraping past its respective opponents in Round 2 of the UAAP Season 81 chess competitions Saturday at the Quadricentennial Pavillion of University of Santo Tomas.

In the women's side, the Lady Green Woodpushers got tested by a determined Far Eastern U side before posting a 2.5-1.5 win to also lead the pack with a 2-0 slate.
