CARMONA -- With OutKast’s loss to GAU earlier, UST took full advantage and routed UP 4-0 to go five points clear at the top of the table with their sixth straight win in San Lazaro.

Shela Cadag had tied the single-season goal scoring record but it was Mika Punzalan who shone for Aging Rubio's Tigresses after bagging a brace to record their fifth shutout victory.

Punzalan found the back of the net in the 17th and the 31st minute for a first half brace, with Cadag netted her 21st goal deep into stoppage time for a 3-0 halftime lead.

“This is one of the best games for us because we have seen what UP is capable off, but the the players managed well on the field. The composure was there not only from the players, but collectively as a team,” said Rubio after the match.

In the second half, Lalaine Durano scored in the 88th minute to complete the scoreline.
