Green Archers beat the Tamaraws for solo third

QUEZON CITY - DLSU Green Archers finally get back on the winning column after their loss against the Adamson Soaring Falcons. 

As the Tamaraws beat the Green Archers for their season opener game on the first round before, the Green Archers finally beaten the struggling FEU Tamaraws with 65-57 win today at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Still playing without their key player Center Prince Orizu and the comeback game of Arvin Tolentino after his 2-game suspension, Tolentino stepped up for the Tamaraws with 20 points but still fell short to the Green Archers.

Filipino-Australian Center Brandon Bates breakout game as he had, 7 points, 10 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 assist and also the combined points of the Taft Towers Justine Baltazar, Santi Santilan and Brandon Bates greatly help for the Archers win today.

DLSU Green Archers standing is now on 6-4, having the solo third on the standing while the FEU Tamaraws dropped on 5-6 and they are now tied with the UP Fighting Maroons
