MANILA--A fourth quarter blitz helped Alaska get past Rain Or Shine, 106-89, in their PBA Governors' Cup battle at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on Wednesday night.

After engaging in a close encounter with the Elasto Painters, the Aces blasted off in the final frame, outscoring the E-Painters, 31-12, to turn the match into a rout.

Mike Harris erupted for 39 points, 25 rebounds, two assists, and one block for Alaska, which tied Blackwater in third place at 4-1, a half-game behind joint leaders Ginebra and Magnolia.

Chris Banchero, Simon Enciso, and Vic Manuel each added 16 points.

Beau Belga led ROS, which remained winless after three outings, with 20 points, two rebounds, five assists, and one steal.

Terrence Watson, who replaced Nathan Bullock as import, struggled in his PBA debut, only making 10 markers on 3-of-15 shooting.
