MANILA -- The Adamson Soaring Falcons' shooting forward Sean Manganti became the latest recipient of the Chooks-To-Go-UAAP Press Corps Player of the Week award.
Manganti's power added to maintain the winning slate of the Falcons as he showed an impressive performance in their games against the UP Fighting Maroons and the NU Bulldogs.
Manganti broke the hearts of the Fighting Maroons as his buzzer-beating shot went in that led to the Falcons win.
Three days later, Manganti contributed to the 63-58 win against the Bulldogs with 14 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals.
The other candidates for the Player of the week that Manganti got were Blue Eagle Angelo Kouame, Red Warrior Alvin Pasaol and Fighting Maroon Bright Akhuetie.
Manganti and the rest of the Soaring Falcons' next assignment is against the FEU Tamaraws on October 7, 2 p.m. at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
