QUEZON CITY - The Ateneo Blue Eagles denied the FEU Tamaraws any chance to make it to the championship round by ending them at 80-61.

The Ateneo Blue Eagles had successfully booted out the FEU Tamaraws from the teams vying for UAAP Season 81's championship title after showing a consistent play straight from the first to the last quarter of today's Final Four game.

The Ravena-Kouame team-up had again led the Blue Eagles to a win with their monstrous rebounds and A+ shooting. Both players had produced double-digit total points for the game, 22 and 18 respectively, which none of the Tamaraws succeeded in doing for the entire game. Barkley Eboña led the Tamaraws with only nine points, three rebounds and two steals.

The Tamaraws also failed to gain a lead over the Blue Eagles all throughout, especially not as the Blue Eagles dominated over them inside (36-30) and outside (30-20) the perimeter.

The Blue Eagles now await the results of the upcoming do-or-die Wednesday game between the UP Fighting Maroons and Adamson Soaring Falcons, which will determine who they will battle for this season's championships.

They will face either of the two teams on December 1, Saturday 3:30 PM at the Mall of Asia Arena to see who will emerge as this season's best team.
