PASIG--The Gilas pool was almost at full strength on Sunday night at the resumption of its practice at the Meralco Gym.

The four key players of Ginebra who made the national team pool, Japeth Aguilar, Greg Slaughter, LA Tenorio, and Scottie Thompson, took part in the training session two nights after their team made a saddening exit in the PBA Governors' Cup semifinals.

Interestingly, Paul Lee, a member of the team that tormented the Barangay, the Magnolia Hotshots, was also in attendance, but he was relegated to an observer's role.

On the other hand, NorthPort star Stanley Pringle also attended practice and took part in the five-on-five drills.

Beau Belga, Alex Cabagnot, Jayson Castro, JP Erram, June Mar Fajardo, Marcio Lassiter, Gabe Norwood, Troy Rosario, Arwind Santos, Christian Standhardinger, and Matthew Wright also participated in the practice.

The other Magnolia star in the pool, Ian Sangalang, and the two cadets in the pool, Ricci Rivero and Kai Sotto, were the absentees in the said practice.
