MANILA—Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke got payback against Jeremy Miado in their rematch at One: Call to Greatness at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday night.
Amnuaysirichoke, who was shockingly knocked out by Miado in their first meeting on March 24 right at his hometown in Bangkok, avenged the said defeat with a knockout of his own.
After a back-and-forth first round, Amnuaysirichoke got the breakthrough in the second with a takedown against Miado.
Amnuaysirichoke then connected on several knees to Miado's head while on the ground, and Referee Yuji Shimada, who interestingly officiated their first clash, stopped the contest at the 2:38 mark of Round 2.
In the headliner, Stamp Fairtex claimed the inaugural One Super Series Muay Thai atomweight title after beating Janet Todd via unanimous decision.
