MANILA—Pasig completed the unthinkable in the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Doha Masters early Friday (Philippine Time), defeating no less the best 3x3 team in the world right now, Liman, 19-16.

Nikola Pavlovic's long deuce set up Pasig's endgame push to stun Liman.

With the shotclock winding down, Pavlovic fired a Hail Mary long two-pointer that went in, breaking a 14-all tie and put the Kings ahead, 16-14.

After a defensive stop, Joshua Munzon converted a crucial layup to put them up by three, 17-14.

Stefan Kojic kept Liman in the game after making two free throws off an Angelo Tsagarakis foul.

But Taylor Statham made back-to-back field goals to finally seal the win for Pasig.

Statham finished with nine points, while Munzon and Pavlovic added four each and Tsagarakis made the other two points for the Kings, who topped Pool A.

Aleksandar Ratkov put up six markers for Liman, who will settle for the second seed.

Both sides are awaiting their quarterfinal opponents.

Follow Balanga's own sweep in Pool C, the Philippines went 4-0 in the pool stages.

The Scores:

Pasig Chooks 19 -- Statham 9, Munzon 4, Pavlovic 4, Tsagarakis 2.

Liman 16 -- Ratkov 6, Vasic 5, Kojic 3, Kovacevic 2.
