MANILA—Calvin Abueva was just handed one of the hardest punishments he can get for his actions over the weekend.

The PBA Commissioner's Office announced on Tuesday night that the Phoenix forward was slapped with an indefinite suspension after harshly confronting Maika Rivera and Terrence Jones.

On Friday night, Abueva was seen hurling the B-word on Rivera, the girlfriend of Blackwater rookie Ray-Ray Parks, and even doing a lewd gesture at her.

Then two nights later, he performed a clothesline on TNT import Terrence Jones in retaliation to what appeared to be a hit by Jones to his groin.

According to Commissioner Willie Marcial, the suspension can be quickly, but "it will all depend on how and when Abueva makes an apology to those whom he has offended, and how he will henceforth reform in his ways."

Aside from the suspension, Abueva was fined PHP70,000 in total.
