QUEZON CITY--Brandon Vera and Kevin Belingon will be among the main highlights of One Championship's 100th event, One: Century, at the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo on Oct. 13.

As announced by no less than One CEO Chatri Sityodtong on Sunday night, Vera, the current One heavyweight champion, will drop down one weight class to challenge Aung La Nsang for the One light heavyweight title.

Currently unbeaten as a One Championship contender, Vera will fight for the first time in the light heavyweight division since losing to Shogun Rua at UFC on Fox 4 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Aug. 5, 2012 (Philippine Time).

Meanwhile, Nsang holds both the One light heavyweight and middleweight belts, but he has only been defending his middleweight championship in his last three fights.

The Burmese fighter will be making only his first defense of his light heavyweight belt.

Meanwhile, Belingon will once again face Bibiano Fernandes for the One bantamweight title.

This will be the fourth time Fernandes and Belingon will face off, all for the said belt.

The rematch stemmed from the decision of Sityodtong to impose an automatic rematch clause after Belingon was disqualified for an illegal blow in his last meeting with Fernandes at One: A New Era on March 31, causing him the bantamweight belt.

A third world title is also on the line at One: Century as Angela Lee and Xiong Jingnan will meet again for the One women's atomweight title.

Lee looks to avenge her first loss of her career against Xiong in a rematch of their clash at One: A New Era.

Sityodtong also announced that the Grand Prix finals in the lightweight, flyweight, and kickboxing featherweight divisions will also take place at One: Century.

Also to look forward to is a four-fight champion-versus-champion series pitting the holders of various Shooto and Pancrase championships.
