PASIG–The PBA took a break on Monday to give way to President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address, but it did not translate to a bigger attendance for the Gilas Pilipinas Men practice as only 10 players came on Monday night at the Meralco Gym.

The attendance in the latest training was fewer than the 13 who came in both practices last week.

Mark Barroca, Beau Belga, Andray Blatche, Poy Erram, June Mar Fajardo, Paul Lee, Gabe Norwood, CJ Perez, Kiefer Ravena, and Matt Wright were present in the training session.

However, Fajardo came in street clothes and only played the observer's role, leaving only nine players taking part in the drills, not enough for Coach Yeng Guiao to do five-on-five plays.

Not in attendance were Raymond Almazan, Japeth Aguilar, Robert Bolick Marcio Lassiter, RR Pogoy, Stanley Pringle, Troy Rosario, and Chris Standhardinger.
