By Xy-Zha Cabanlong

MANILA - In the light of the class suspensions issued by the city governments of Manila and San Juan, the NCAA Management Committee, headed by Mr. Peter Cayco of host Arellano University, issued a statement cancelling all the scheduled games on Friday.

"Manila and San Juan havs suspension of classes for all levels for today, Friday 09 August 2019. All games scheduled for today are cancelled and shall be played on a date and time to be determined later," the statement read.

Cayco also mentioned that the tickets purchased for the games that supposed to feature CSB going up against JRU and San Sebastian playing EAC will be honoured at the re-scheduled play date.

The memo also stated that the Chess Eligibility meeting is also cancelled.

Heavy rains due to Typhoon Hanna resulted to flooding in most part of the Metro the past days hence the suspension of classes.
