NU knocks down struggling FEU

PASAY CITY - The long wait is over for the NU Bulldogs, as they finally gain win number one after having heartbreaks in their fast few games this UAAP Season 82. NU beats FEU with a big win of 61-39, Wednesday morning at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Dave Ildefonso led the Bulldogs win with 20 points, 8/15 field goals, and eight rebounds with the help of Miguel Oczon who chipped in nine points, seven rebounds and one assist. Captain Shaun Ildefonso also contributed eight points, 4/8 field goals, six rebounds and two assists.

Barkley Ebona is the only FEU Tamaraw who got a double-digit score in this game with 17 points and 12 rebounds. While Alex Stockton and Joseph Nunag chipped in seven and five points for this game but still failed to gain a win for the Tamaraws.

NU will try to stretch their winning streak on Sunday, September 29, 12 p.m., against the UE Red Warriors at the Smart Araneta Coliseum while FEU will try to bounceback and will face the Adamson Soaring Falcons on Saturday, September 28, 4 p.m., at the Mall of Asia Arena.
