PASAY CITY - UP Fighting Maroons improved their winning streak as they won against the winless NU Bulldogs with 80-79, Wednesday morning at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Kobe Paras led the Fighting Maroons with 25 points, 10/22 field goals, six rebounds and two assists. Mr. Brightside Bright Akhuetie and Javi Gomez de Liano chipped in 19 and 17 points for the Maroons win respectively.
Dave Ildefonso led the Bulldogs with 25 points and five rebounds with the help of Issa Gaye with 13 points but still fell short to get the Bulldogs a win on this game.
