UST bounces back from a loss, knocks down FEU with their raining threes

ANTIPOLO CITY - UST Growling Tigers are finally back on the winning column as they knocks down FEU Tamaraws with their raining threes, at score 82-74, Sunday evening at Ynares Center Antipolo.

It was a close fight as they are exchanging points but were cutted off with Sherwin Concepcion's four treys on the third canto that fired up the Tigers to left the Tamaraws in awe.

Soulemane Chabi Yo led the Growling Tigers with 21 points and 15 rebounds while Mark Nonoy and Renzo Subido provided 11 points each respectively.

L-Jay Gonzales chipped in 16 points, four rebounds and a steal for the Tamaraws while Xyrus Torres contributed four out of his eight three-point basket and one assist.

UST Growling Tigers will face the DLSU Green Archers on Saturday, 2 p.m., at the Mall of Asia Arena while the FEU Tamaraws will try to bounceback against the hungry NU Bulldogs on Wednesday, 10:30 a.m., at the same venue.
