LIPA--Even on a Saturday, the PBA trades just keep on coming.

On a day many least expect a swap to be approved, the league, through Commissioner Willie Marcial, gave the go-signal for TNT and Blackwater to push through with a straight-up one-on-one deal.

The KaTropa got Mike Digregorio from the Elite, who in exchange acquired Brian Heruela.

The trade came at an interesting situation for TNT, which is looking to finish the ongoing Governors' Cup eliminations strong in hopes of sweeping the said round to make a statement entering the quarterfinals.

The team will face sister team NLEX on Friday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in a battle between red hot clubs, and Digregorio is expected to be paraded in the said game.

Heruela, on the other hand, will make a return to the Blackwater side that drafted him in 2014 on Wednesday night, when his new team, which looks to zoom up the crowded middle part of the standings, will battle Rain Or Shine at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay.
