PASAY--Drama ensued in the co-main event of One: Masters of Fate on Friday night at the Mall of Asia Arena as the match between Eduard Folayang and Mongolian opponent Amarsanaa Tsogookhuu was called off in the middle of the second round.

Folayang was trying to evade a counter from Tsogookhuu after he went on a charge.

Tsogookhuu, however, accidentally hit Folayang with a headbutt, which caused a huge cut at the latter's left cheek area.

Due to the heavy flow of blood from the cut, the ring physician concluded that Folayang could not continue.

Folayang's Round 1 brilliance that saw him landing low and high kicks to Tsogookhuu gave him the technical decision win.

Meanwhile, Geje Eustaquio avenged his 2016 loss to Toni Tauru in style.

Eustaquio hit a 180-degree reverse kick to Tauru's core that knocked the latter out at the 2:11 mark of the final round.

In a muay thai action, Sangmanee Sathian Muaythai defeated Azize Hlali via unanimous decision.
