MANILA -- Several sports events for the 2019 SEA Games were rescheduled due to inclement weather brought by Typhoon Tisoy.
Beach volleyball will be rescheduled on Dec. 4, with the Dec. 4-6 events being subject for discussion.
Canoe, kayak, and traditional boat race were also rescheduled to Dec. 6-8 as the race course was dismantled through an order from the Philippine Coast Guard.
The Mai-Waikru event of muay thai will be held on Dec. 4-5 from Dec. 2, while combat events is slated to start on Dec. 6.
Sailing and windsurfing will resume on Dec. 5, while surfing cancelled its December 3 events. Modern pentathlon was moved to morning of Dec. 5.
Skateboarding in Tagaytay is also postponed, while other sports will either continue or has commenced.
