MANILA – SGD Omega began its quest for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League - Philippines on a high note as they defeated newcomers BSB two games to one.
The dragons snatched the first win in less than ten minutes, getting 17 kills to BAB’s three, thanks to a more durable lineup and experience in the big stage.
Toshi’s Bruno boasted a 5/0/6 MVP performance while Haze displayed class with a 2/1/6 showing of Grock.
BSB however stood up against the dragons in Game 2, going for a more versatile lineup bannered by Lolita, Grock, and Esmeralda, limiting SGD’s options for melee attack.
The new boys controlled the map the entire game and claiming a series-tying Game 2 win with Jeraxnu’s Granger doing a 6/0/3 performance and 14.1 thousand net worth while outplaying SGD.
The dragons’ experience in the tournament showed in the rubber match as they bounced back and manhandled BSB with a 12-3 Game 3, sealing their first series win.
Toshi and Haze once more showed up for SGD, as Toshi’s Granger put a show with five kills ans seven assists while Haze provide the space and support for the rest of his team.
