MANILA--The Philippines clinched the Southeast Asian Conference title of the first FIBA Esports Open after once again dominating Indonesia, 66-34, in Game 3 of their five-game affair on Saturday night.
Behind the hot hands of Rial Polog, who made his first four shots including three triples, the Filipinos clobbered the Indons from wire to wire to go 3-0 up, enough for them to win it all.
Despite the win, Games 4 and 5 will still be played, giving the Philippines a chance to complete a 5-0 sweep of its showdown with Indonesia.
