MPL-PH: Full Clip, BI blacklists Nexplay Solid

MANILA -- With Full Clip on the lead, Blacklist International proves to be a roadblock to the Nexplay Solid's hype train as they sweep the H2WO-led squad at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League - Philippines (MPL-PH) Season 6.

Blacklist pulled a more attack-heavy lineup with a surprise pull of Chang'e and the two-support combo of Rafaela and Carmilla, while Nexplay drafted a more team-oriented lineup with Renejay on helm with his signature Helcurt.

It was more of a mind games for the first two minutes until Aqua's Chang'e mistakenly goes near Mb's X.Borg in the bottom lane.

Edward, who has Gatotkaca, entered the mid-game on a high note setting kills for Aqua and Full Clip's Yi Sun-Shin for an 8-6 lead.

Blacklist capitalized a wandering Renejay scenario in the bottom lane as the latter's teammates were punished by sets from Gatot en route to kills from Yi Sun-Shin and Chang'e.

It was too late for Renejay as they pushed to mid lane despite his recall en route to their first ever defeat back from the MPL qualifiers. Full Clip grabbed MVP with a 7/1/5 KDA.

Nexplay looked to bounce back in the second game with a burst-heavy lineup with Chang'e and Yi Sun-Shin on their side while Blacklist attempts to field a more teamfight-oriented lineup with Ling and Kagura along with Lolita in support.

It was Blacklist who started the fire in the early game 3-0 added with a bonus turtle to Edward with his Kagura.

Blacklist added four more kills in the mid-game thanks to sets from Eson, Dex Star, and Edward teaming up in the mid lane.

With their backs in the wall, Nexplay decided to slow things down and wait for a possible counterattack but Blacklist waited for Chester's Chang'e to exhaust his ultimate before almost wiping out their opponents 11-0 thanks to Kagura and Full Clip's Ling.

With the lord in their side, Blacklist completed the 14-0 whitewash and 2-0 sweep of the newcomers, with Full Clip registering an MVP performance of 7/0/7.

Blacklist will try to get their second win against Smart Omega PH tomorrow, while NXP will try to bounce back on August 30 against BSB.
