Blacklist grab their fourth win in MPL-PH Season 6 as they sweep last season's runners-up ONIC PH at the continuation of the Mobile Legends professional tournament on Sunday.
Full Clip and Edward, continuing their three-game win streak, led the five-man squad to a 2-0 win against OhMyWV33nus and his team, who won yesterday after a hard-fought series versus Cignal Ultra yesterday.
Blacklist International dominated the entire first game with a durable trio of Atlas, Yu Zhong and Khaleed in their helm.
Full Clip capitalized on dealing much damage to the entire ONIC PH squad while also dealing most of the turret damage, while the rest of Blacklist pressured the ONIC quintet to defend their area.
ONIC tried to defend their base on the final seconds but a set by ESON's Atlas proved to be fatal and ending the game 13-3, with Full Clip's Yi Sun-shin getting the MVP, ivolved in all but one Blacklist kills.
Blacklist International find themselves leading in the second game with a double-tank combo of Dex Star's Lolita and ESON's Akai over an attack-first ONIC quintet of Yi Sun-shin, Chou, Balmond, Khaleed, and Cecilion.
Within 15 minutes, ONIC PH was left defending their base as they were exposed thanks to Edward, Full Clip, and Aqua's push.
Blacklist capitalized on Wise's lack of kills and buffs by pressuring ONIC to defend and eventually get slain to a 9-3 victory for the former, with Edward getting the MVP nod with a 5/1/2 KDA.
ONIC PH are now back on the drawing board and looking for a win versus Bren Esports on Friday, while Blacklist International will try to extend their win streak as they go against Nexplay Solid on September 19.
