MANILA--Already reeling from the absence of superstar center June Mar Fajardo, San Miguel lost another key player.

Coach Leo Austria said on Saturday that spitfire guard Terrence Romeo suffered a dislocated shoulder.

Romeo hurt his shoulder after colliding with TNT swingman Ryan Reyes in their game on Friday night at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center.

Dr. George Canlas confirmed the severity of Romeo's injury earlier Saturday according to Edward bacason, the Beermen's physical therapist.

"I talked to him last night and the doctor told him na six to eight weeks yung healing time," Austria said through the PBA website.

The aforementioned time frame means Romeo will miss the remainder of the season, which is slated to end just before Christmas.

He has already left the league's bubble in Angeles.
