PBA teams to play morning games, back-to-back schedules in revised fixtures

MANILA--In an interesting situation, the PBA will resume its season with a morning game.

Blackwater and San Miguel will have an early call time for their clash as their Tuesday game will be the first game of a rare quadruple-header inside the league's bubble in Angeles.

In what could be the first regular season morning game in the 45-year history of the PBA, the Elite and the Beermen will collide at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center.

The Tuesday quadruple-header also has a 1 p.m. showdown between Phoenix and Terrafirma, 4 p.m. game pitting NorthPort and TNT, and a 6:45 p.m. collision between Alaska and Ginebra.

This is not the only four-game card at the remainder of the elimination round as right on the following day, another quadruple-header is scheduled.

In fact, Blackwater will quickly return to action on Wednesday, facing Meralco at 1 p.m., marking a rare time that a team will play on back-to-back days.

TNT will also play on a Wednesday, battling Magnolia at 4 p.m.

Ginebra is also scheduled for a game on Wednesday, taking on NorthPort in the nightcap at 6:45 p.m.

Rain Or Shine and NLEX will have their turn experiencing a regular season game just after sunrise at 10 a.m.

Then it will be the Hotshots' turn to play on back-to-back days, taking on the Dyip at 1 p.m. on Thursday.

The Bolts and the Elasto Painters will face off at 4 p.m. in a game pitting teams playing back-to-back games, while the Beermen and the Fuel Masters clash at 6:45 p.m.

Terrafirma will return to action on Friday, taking on Blackwater at 10 a.m., while San Miguel caps its own back-to-back scheduled against NLEX at 4 p.m.

Alaska and NorthPort clash at 1 p.m., while it is going to be Ginebra against TNT in the nightcap at 6:45 p.m.

TNT will face Meralco in the first game of a Saturday night doubleheader to finish its back-to-back schedule at 4 p.m., preceding the ROS-Magnolia game at 6:45 p.m.

The Elasto Painters return to action next Sunday morning against the Elite at 10 a.m., while the Bolts battle the Dyip at 1 p.m., and the Hotshots take on the Batang Pier at 4 p.m.

The Barangay and the Beermen will face off in the main event of the quadruple-header at 6:45 p.m.

Blackwater returns to play on Nov. 9 to open a triple-header against Phoenix at 1 p.m., while Terrafirma and Ginebra lock horns in the main game at 6:45 p.m.

Sandwiched in between is a 4 p.m. game between Alaska and NLEX.

The last day of the eliminations on Nov. 11 will be a quadruple-header as NorthPort, which will play San Miguel the day before that, will take on Meralco at 1 p.m.

ROS, fresh from battling TNT also on Nov. 10, will end the regular season with a 6:45 p.m. affair against Phoenix.

Terrafirma and NLEX will clash in the first game at 10 a.m., while Magnolia will face Blackwater at 4 p.m.
