MANILA--Jackie Buntan's soar in ONE Championship continued on Friday night after edging Argentinian opponent Daniela Lopez at ONE: Empower at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
It was a striking clinic for the Filipino-American sensation in their ONE Super Series Muay Thai battle, delivering the more accurate shots on Lopez.
Buntan even staggered Lopez twice in the match, one late in the first after a 1-2 combination and another in the third round with a solid right punch.
Despite Lopez enduring, the judges found Buntan the winner by unanimous decision.
Buntan is now 3-0 under ONE even as she moved up to 23-5 overall.
Lopez, on the other hand, fell to 7-4.
