MANILA--Last week, Terrafirma was on a roll.

This week, it's NorthPort's turn.

The Batang Pier continued their blitz in the PBA Philippine Cup after drubbing the Dyip, 104-84, on Saturday at the Don Honorio Ventura State University Gym in Bacolor, Pampanga.

A solid first half on both ends of the floor dictated NorthPort's second straight win as the team held Terrafirma to only 12 points in the first quarter before dropping 33 in the second period highlighted by rim-rattlers from Jamie Malonzo.

Garvo Lanete led the Batang Pier, who are now at .500 with a 3-3 record, good for seventh place, with 18 points on 5-of-8 shooting, four rebounds, and one assist.

Robert Bolick added 15 points, six rebounds, eight assists, one steal, and one block.

Roosevelt Adams and Aldrech Ramos each tallied 14 markers for the Dyip, who fell to 10th place at 3-6.
