MANILA—Kiefer Ravena is now set to suit up for the Shiga Lakestars in the B.League.

Now that he secured a release from the NLEX Road Warriors of the PBA, Ravena is now ready to take his talents to Japan.

But his first acid test in the B.League is no less than his younger brother Thirdy and the San-En NeoPhoenix this weekend.

“I am looking forward to playing against my brother and getting that first win for the Shiga Lakestars,” Kiefer said in a report by PhilStar.com's Rick Olivares.

Good thing for Kiefer, Shiga will host the first two games of the "Ravena Derby" at the Ukaruchan Arena in Otsu, starting with a 4:05 p.m. showdown on Saturday, his first game in over two months.

The game will be aired live on Tap Sports and the Tap Go app as part of the new Philippine broadcasting partnership between the B.League and Tap DMV.

As part of the broadcasting rights, Tap DMV will feature 51 B.League regular season games all season long.

It has actually begun when Premier Sports aired the season opener between Ryukyu and Alvark Tokyo on Thursday and will continue with the Shiga-San-En doubleheader.
