MANILA--It's the Azkals Development Team versus Kaya Iloilo in the Copa Paulino Alcantara final.

Kaya Iloilo booked the second seat in the championship match with a tight 1-0 win over Cebu FC in the second semifinal on Tuesday night at the PFF National Training Centre in Carmona.

A Jovin Bedic spot-kick decided the outcome of the match as Kaya Iloilo survived a grit-and-grind showdown with Cebu, which looked poised for a massive upset.

Cebu looked to be the better side for a good majority of the match, finding ways to minimize Kaya Iloilo's attacks, especially in the midfield.

However, Baris Tasci was caught for a handball violation while trying to clear out a cross inside the penalty area, setting up Bedic's 86th-minute penalty to win it for Kaya Iloilo.

The win sealed Kaya Iloilo's third consecutive appearance in the Copa final even as it will dispute for the title at 8:15 p.m. Friday at the said pitch.

Cebu, on the other hand, has been relegated to the battle for third against Stallion Laguna at 4 p.m. also on Friday.
