PBA approves Will McAloney-Mike Ayonayon-Marion Magat trade

MANILA--The PBA trade committee announced on Tuesday that it has approved the trade sending Will McAloney and Mike Ayonayon to Blackwater and Marion Magat to NLEX.

Also included in the package is a future second-round pick from the Bossing that would be shipped to the Road Warriors, which is revealed to be for Season 49.

The Season 49 Draft is scheduled for either late 2023 or early 2024.

At Blackwater, McAloney and Ayonayon get a chance to rejuvenate their PBA careers after they played sparingly for NLEX during the Philippine Cup.

Meanwhile, Magat makes a return to the Road Warriors after two years as he bolsters their frontcourt.
