Terrafirma 'completely behind full recovery' of Roider Cabrera

MANILA--Terrafirma assured on Thursday Roider Cabrera will be fully taken care of medically as he recuperates from what happened to him the night before.

Cabrera fainted upon returning to the team's locker room inside the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig after he carried the fight in the end to beat Ginebra in overtime, 19-17.

The three-point specialist was quickly rushed to the nearby The Medical City.

"The whole Terrafirma Dyip family is full of hope that things would turn out fine for Terrafirma 3x3 player, Roider Cabrera. He is now in the hospital, getting the best medical treatment and care possible. Terrafirma Dyip management is completely behind his full recovery," Bobby Rosales, the Dyip's governor in the PBA board, said in a statement.

Rosales, also the board's vice chairman, added that the team has been in constant communication with Cabrera's family in terms of his medical condition.

Rosales then thanked the medical team and the PBA staff members present at the arena who quickly responded to Cabrera.
