MANILA, Philippines — UST Growling Tigers stretches their winning streak as they beat the UE Red Warriors with 79-72 win, Saturday evening at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Growling Tigers Captain Paul Manalang led the Tigers win with 15 points, 5/7 three-point field goals, three rebounds and five assists. Joshua Fontanilla and Bryan Santos both chipped in 10 and nine points for the Tigers win.

Jerom Lastimosa led the Falcons with triple-double 16 points, nine rebounds and seven assists while Lenda Douanga also chipped in 16 points and 7 boards for the Falcons.

UST Growling Tigers will face the DLSU Green Archers at the opening game on Tuesday, while the Adamson Soaring Falcons will face the UP Fighting Maroons at the second game on Tuesday. Both games are at the Mall of Asia Arena.
