UAAP S84: NU clutch plays at 4th escapes Tamaraws

MANILA, Philippines — NU Bulldogs escapes the pesky FEU Tamaraws with 73-68, Saturday afternoon at the Mall of Asia Arena.

John Lloyd Clemente led the Bulldogs win with 18 points, nine rebounds, and six assists. Michael Malonzo and Shaun Ildefonso both chipped in 14 and 13 points that greatly help the Bulldogs win.

RJ Abarrientos chipped in 33 points, 8/15 three point field goals and two assists but still not enough for the Tamaraws win. Royce Alforque also chipped in 13 points for this game.

NU Bulldogs will face the Ateneo Blue Eagles while the FEU Tamaraws will try to gain a win as they will face their neighbor, UE Fighting Maroons. Both games are on Tuesday, April 5, still at the Mall of Asia Arena.
