MANILA--Bataan stole a win from Caloocan in style, hacking out a huge comeback right at the end of their MPBL showdown on Monday night at the Ynares Center in Antipolo and walked away victorious, 66-65.

Down 56-65 with 1:55 to play, the Risers caught fire in the end with a 10-0 run sparked by six straight points from Ron Lastimosa and capped by his game-winning layup with 1.6 seconds left.

The Excellence had one last try to win the game, but Dante Paguio read Garciano Puerto's inbound pass and stole the ball as time expired.

Lastimosa and Kris Torrado, the other player who scored in the game-ending rally, each finished with 12 points for Bataan, which bounced back from its shock home loss to Bacoor City last week and moved up to 2-1 in the standings.

Damian Lasco's 23-point performance on top of one rebound, five assists, and one steal went for naught as Caloocan now dropped back-to-back games and fell to 1-3.
